Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Chiq & Street. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item under the following conditions.
Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return. After registration, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Conditions
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- The item still has all original labels and tags
- The item is in its original packaging
How to return?
Contact us via the contact page to register a return. We will then send you the return instructions.
Return Costs
The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Excluded Items
For hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Returns after the statutory cooling-off period
After the statutory cooling-off period has expired, returning an item is no longer a legal right. However, Chiq & Street offers customers the option to return an item, under the conditions of our return policy.
When a return is accepted outside the statutory cooling-off period, no money will be refunded. Instead, the customer will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
The store credit can be used for a subsequent order at Chiq & Street and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original labels attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
The consumer's legal rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, remain fully applicable.
